3. Hosting and Infrastructure

3.1 Netlify (Web Hosting)

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 44 Montgomery Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA. Privacy policy: netlify.com/privacy

When you visit our website, Netlify automatically processes connection data (IP address, browser type, referrer URL, time) in server logs. Data transfer to the USA is based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Legal basis: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR / Art. 31 Abs. 2 lit. b nDSG.

3.2 Supabase (Database and Backend)

For contact inquiries we use Supabase Inc.Privacy policy: supabase.com/privacy

Hosting region: AWS eu-central-1 (Frankfurt, Germany) — data is stored within the EU. Legal basis: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b and f GDPR / Art. 31 nDSG.

4. Technical Server Data

When you access our website, your browser automatically transmits: IP address, date and time, browser type, operating system, referrer URL and amount of data transferred.

Legal basis: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR / Art. 31 Abs. 2 lit. b nDSG — legitimate interest in the security and functionality of the website.

5. Contact Form

When you contact us via the contact form, we collect: name, email address and your message. Purpose: processing your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b GDPR / Art. 31 Abs. 1 nDSG.

The data is stored in the Supabase database and is not shared with third parties.

6. WhatsApp Business

On our website we offer the option to contact us via WhatsApp Business. When you click the WhatsApp link, you will be redirected to the WhatsApp application. The subsequent communication takes place directly via WhatsApp.

Provider: WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland (subsidiary of Meta Platforms, Inc.).

Processed data: Phone number, chat messages, timestamps, device information. WhatsApp uses end-to-end encryption for message content.

Data sharing: WhatsApp/Meta may process metadata (e.g. phone number, time of use) and transfer it to the USA. This is based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Art. 46 Abs. 2 lit. c GDPR.

Legal basis: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent through active use) / Art. 31 Abs. 2 lit. a nDSG. Contacting us via WhatsApp is voluntary — alternatively, you can reach us by email or phone.

7. Newsletter

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address and optionally your first name. We use the double opt-in procedure. Legal basis: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent). Consent can be revoked at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link or by emailing mona@revenuerise.ch.

8. Book a Consultation

When you schedule an initial consultation via our booking calendar, we collect: name, email, optionally phone and hotel. Purpose: scheduling and preparation. Legal basis: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b GDPR / Art. 31 Abs. 1 nDSG.

Booking tool: Calendly (once integrated — privacy information will be supplemented).

9. AI Chatbot

On our website we offer an AI-powered chat assistant. Your chat inputs are transmitted to our n8n instance. Chat histories are temporarily processed and then deleted. Legal basis: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient customer communication).

The chatbot does not make legally binding decisions. All relevant decisions are made personally by Mona-Marleen Krueger.

10. Google Analytics 4

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Google Analytics uses cookies that enable an analysis of your use of this website. The information generated by the cookie about your use is usually transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA.

IP anonymization: We have activated IP anonymization. Your IP address will be truncated within the EU/EEA before transmission. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there.

Processed data: Anonymized IP address, pages visited, time spent, device information, browser type, referrer URL, geographic location (country level).

Cookies:

• _ga_* — Session status, duration: 2 years

Consent: Google Analytics is only loaded after your explicit consent via our cookie banner. Without your consent, no analytics cookies are set and no data is transmitted to Google.
