My Story

I'm a true nature lover — the mountains are my happy place. Always by my side: my Rhodesian Ridgeback, who is just as adventurous as I am. As a mother, I juggle family and my passion for hospitality every day — and most of the time it works out really well.
Raised in Detmold, I trained as a hotel professional and found my way into the world. Australia, Southeast Asia, Switzerland — 15 years in international hotels sharpened my understanding of revenue management like no formal training could.
In 2024 I founded RevenueRise — because independent hotels need a real partner. Someone who doesn't just present, but actually gets to work. Transparent, measurable, personal.

Hotel Professional Training — Germany
Trained as a hotel professional at the Lippischer Hof in Detmold. This is where I learned the hospitality craft from the ground up — from service to front desk to daily hotel operations.
Australia & Southeast Asia
After training, traveling and working in Australia and Southeast Asia. International experiences that shaped my understanding of different markets, guest expectations and work cultures.
Hotel Experience — Hamburg & Austria
Further positions in hotels in Hamburg and Austria. Deepening operational experience and gaining insights into different hotel concepts and guest structures.
Start in Swiss Hospitality
Moved to Switzerland and began further professional development in hospitality. This is where the focus on revenue management, distribution and strategic pricing emerged.

Founded RevenueRise with the goal of supporting independent hotels sustainably in revenue and sales — transparent, partnership-based and without revenue share.
