The general terms and conditions govern the business relationship between RevenueRise and its customers. They apply to all services offered by RevenueRise, including consultancy, analysis, strategy development and IT infrastructure solutions for hoteliers.
Service description
RevenueRise offers hoteliers tailored solutions for increasing revenue and digitalisation. These include an initial analysis, strategy development, optimisation of business processes and the implementation of digital infrastructures. The exact content and scope of the services are agreed individually with the customer and set out in a written offer.
Prices and payment terms
The prices for the services offered are set in advance and can be viewed in the Tariff & Price section of the website. The consulting packages range from a basic analysis (850.00 EUR/CHF) to a comprehensive analysis (6490.00 EUR/CHF). Invoices are due upon receipt without deductions. Interest will be charged on late payments.
Cancellation and postponement
Customers can cancel or reschedule booked consulting services free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling within the 48-hour period will incur a fee of 50% of the agreed fee.
Liability
RevenueRise is only liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, unless it is a breach of material contractual obligations. RevenueRise is not liable for indirect damages, such as lost profits or business interruption.
Data protection
RevenueRise is committed to protecting the personal data of its customers in accordance with the applicable data protection laws (GDPR) and will only use this data for the purpose of providing the service. Further information can be found in the privacy policy on the website.
Court of jurisdiction and applicable law
German law applies to all disputes arising out of or in connection with the general terms and conditions. The place of jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible, the registered office of RevenueRise.
Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions
RevenueRise reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes and have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving notice of the change.
