I'm a true nature lover – the mountains are my happy place. They give me energy and peace at the same time, completely without Wi-Fi! Always with me: my Rhodesian Ridgeback, who is just as adventurous as I am.

As a mother of a little whirlwind of a 3-year-old, I juggle family and my love for the hotel and restaurant industry like a pro – without (mostly) dropping a plate.

    Das Romantik Hotel Sternen in Kriegstetten ist ein traditionsreicher Familienbetrieb mit starkem

    Fokus auf Qualität und Gastronomie. Trotz hervorragender Kulinarik und Servicekultur blieb die

    Zimmerauslastung hinter dem regionalen Durchschnitt zurück. Eine klare, datenbasierte

    Preisstrategie fehlte, was die Ertragsentwicklung im Logis-Bereich limitierte.

    Zielsetzung
     

    In einem ersten Schritt sollte die Auslastung auf das regionale Benchmark-Niveau gehoben –

    und mittelfristig übertroffen werden. Parallel galt es, eine nachhaltige Pricing- und
