Das Romantik Hotel Sternen in Kriegstetten ist ein traditionsreicher Familienbetrieb mit starkem
Fokus auf Qualität und Gastronomie. Trotz hervorragender Kulinarik und Servicekultur blieb die
Zimmerauslastung hinter dem regionalen Durchschnitt zurück. Eine klare, datenbasierte
Preisstrategie fehlte, was die Ertragsentwicklung im Logis-Bereich limitierte.
Zielsetzung
In einem ersten Schritt sollte die Auslastung auf das regionale Benchmark-Niveau gehoben –
und mittelfristig übertroffen werden. Parallel galt es, eine nachhaltige Pricing- und
Distributionsstrategie zu entwickeln, die sowohl die Marktposition stärkt als auch den Ertrag
pro verfügbarem Zimmer optimiert.
Vorgehen und Maassnahmen

Nachfragedaten, Wettbewerbspositionierung sowie Buchungsverhalten.
Darauf aufbauend wurde eine strukturierte Preisarchitektur implementiert – inklusive
