Monitoring of availability, rates, and restrictions in collaboration with Revenue Management. Close collaboration with Front Office, Sales & Marketing, and Housekeeping. Training and development of team members. Contribution to the optimization of processes and systems. Payment processing. Quality assurance in guest contact.
